Terms and Conditions
Effective date: April 2, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Minosia, including the website, iOS app, and related services. By using Minosia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and accounts
You may use Minosia only if you are permitted to do so under applicable law. Because Minosia is a general productivity app, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is allowed in your jurisdiction and, where applicable, under the supervision or consent requirements that apply to you. You are also responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your account, and all activity that occurs under your account.
If you create an account on behalf of a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these terms.
Using Minosia
You may use Minosia only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where allowed by law, or use the service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
We may suspend or limit access if your use creates security, legal, or operational risk, or if we reasonably believe you violated these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit or store in Minosia. You grant Minosia the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content and for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit it.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Minosia is a paid product and access requires an active paid subscription purchased through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions are subject to Apple's billing terms, purchase flow, renewal rules, and refund policies.
Apple, not Minosia, handles payment processing, renewal timing, localized pricing, cancellations, account credits, taxes, and refund requests. If you want to manage or cancel a subscription, you must do so in Apple's subscription settings. If you have a billing dispute, you should contact Apple first.
Minosia may change the features included in free or paid plans, introduce new plans, or stop offering certain plans in the future. Material pricing or product changes may be reflected in the App Store listing or in-app purchase flow.
Intellectual property
Minosia, including its software, branding, design, website content, and other service materials, is owned by Minosia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
Availability, beta status, and disclaimers
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Minosia at any time. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly, especially while the product is in beta or under active development.
Minosia is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or fit for every purpose.
Minosia is a productivity tool, not legal, medical, mental health, financial, or emergency-response software. You should not rely on it where failure could cause injury, legal harm, or other high-risk consequences.
Termination and liability
You may stop using Minosia at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the service, or where continued access is not commercially or legally feasible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minosia and its affiliates, founders, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, website, or by other reasonable means. Continued use of Minosia after the effective date of updated terms means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.
For legal or general support questions, contact the Minosia team through the contact details published on this website. If you later add a registered company name, address, or dedicated support email, this page should be updated accordingly.
